BEFORE STARTING :
Make sure that you are using Samsung Galaxy S III “i9300″, you can check this by going to setting> about device > model number. If there’s a suffix with the model number or there’s a different model number, then you should not proceed with this tutorial.

Step 1:
Download ODIN 1.85, which is used to flash the CF-Root onto your samsung galaxy S III.
Step 2:
Download the CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.zip package and extract it.
Step 3:
Once you’ve extracted your CF-Root package, you should get CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.tar
Step 4:
After you ensure that your device is not connected to your computer, run ODIN.
Step 5:
Open “PDA”, and then select the “.tar” file you extracted back in Step 2.
Step 6:
Enable “Download Mode” by turning your device off and holding the Volume Down + Home + Power buttons simultaneously.
Step 7:
Reconnect your device to your computer.
Step 8:
Ensure that the “Repartition” option is not checked and click Start, and after ODIN completes its work [which should probably take about 30 secs], your Samsung Galaxy S III will have basic root access.
